Candidates need:
- Senior-level Residential HVAC Experience in both Repair and Installation
- Commercial HVAC Experience in both Repair and Installation
- Ability to plan and organize service calls
- Ability to use a Tablet/Smart device for service calls, Invoicing, and Work Orders
- Ability to document and maintain inventory of tools and equipment
- Stock and organize service vans/trucks with the necessary equipment
- Hire, train and supervise technicians in accordance with Lew’s PHC Employment Requirements
- Provide quality control and inspect technicians’ work
- Develop and maintain operational procedures
- Adhere to manufacturers’ installation and maintenance requirements
- Ensure all employees strictly adhere to Federal, State, and local laws.
